Our iNET:ArchiveAccess service allow our customers to access, view and print their historical standard payroll reports and tax returns from our secure Internet website.
This service provides Internet access for up to SIX YEARS
after the close of each calendar year.

- All of your standard payroll reports from each pay period
- Your quarterly reports and employer copies of tax returns
- Your employer copies of all your annual tax returns
- Your employer copies of your employees W2 forms
RETRIEVE, VIEW AND PRINT
- Documents to respond to management inquiries for historical data
- Copies of lost W2s for employees
- Documents for prior year audits
ACCESS CONTROL
- You can control who has access through password assignment and password termination. Give access to only your current payroll staff, your outside accountant, independent auditors or anyone for whatever time period you like.
